How To Get Feebas In Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. Feebas is an exceptionally rare Water type Pokemon that evolves into Milotic. This Pokemon only appears on one water tile every day and requires trial and error to find.

Location: Mt. Coronet
