Location: Mt. Coronet

Obtain the Super Rod.
Be sure to acquire the TMs Surf, Defog and, Strength.
Gather any health supplies you might need before setting out.
Head inside Mt. Coronet.
Go north and follow the path until you find the underground lake.
Use the move Defog to clear the area.
Surf on the water.
Use your Super Rod on each water tile 2-4 times.
Repeat until you find Feebas and catch it.
