Route 34 is in Johto. In the story you arrive from Ilex Forest to the south and continue north to Goldenrod City.

A Leaf Stone sits on the Day-Care route, ready to evolve a Gloom, Weepinbell, or Exeggcute. The Power Herb and TM63 Embargo come with it, and the berries differ by version, Aspear and Sitrus in HeartGold against Pecha in SoulSilver.
