Route 15 is in Kanto. In the story you arrive from Fuchsia City to the west and continue east to Route 14.

The lower lane takes you east, so finish its stops before circling back to the upper path for the city.

- Begin with School Kids Kipp and Tommy below Eleanor, then pass Teacher Hillary farther east.

- Continue past Pokefan Boone and School Kid Johnny, then use the eastern opening to rejoin the upper path.
- Look for Nidorina and Nidorino in the grass, with Noctowl appearing at night.
- Head west along the upper path again, then leave through the gate into Fuchsia City.

More of the same grind toward Fuchsia, with Chansey lingering at a flat 1 percent and no swarm to speed it up. Hoppip, Quagsire, Pidgeotto, and the Nidoran pair fill the grass, low-level and quick to pass.
