HeartGold & SoulSilver Cerulean City
Misty guards the water gym in this bridge town, though she keeps slipping off on dates. A Team Rocket straggler hides the stolen Power Plant part here before bolting north over Nugget Bridge.
Cerulean City is in Kanto, with Route 9 to the east, Route 5 to the south, Route 4 to the west, and the entrances to Cerulean Cave and Cerulean Gym. In the story it comes after Power Plant and continues north to Route 24.
