Crystal Cerulean City
Misty's Water-type gym anchors this bridge town, though a lingering Rocket grunt and the stolen Machine Part still need dealing with out at the Cape.
Cerulean City is in Kanto, with Route 9 to the east, Route 5 to the south, Route 4 to the west, and the entrance to Cerulean Gym. In the story it comes after Power Plant and continues north to Route 24.
