Crystal Route 25

The cape trail past Nugget Bridge runs out to a seaside cottage, Bellsprout and Pidgey thick along the path to the shore.

Route 25 is in Kanto. In the story you arrive from Route 24 to the west and it comes before Cerulean Gym.
