Crystal Route 10

From the Power Plant the northern road drops to the Rock Tunnel; Electabuzz haunt the riverside scrub.

Route 10 is in Kanto, with Route 9 to the west and the entrance to Power Plant. In the story you arrive from Lavender Town to the south and continue north to Rock Tunnel.
