Crystal Team Rocket HQ
Team Rocket's secret base hides beneath Mahogany Town, a warren of electric trap floors where Lance helps you smash the transmitter forcing evolution at the Lake of Rage.
Team Rocket HQ is in Johto, with Mahogany Town to the north. In the story it comes after Lake of Rage and before Whirl Islands.

The Rocket base hides three floors under Mahogany, a warren of locked doors, spinning warp tiles, and trick floors that pitch you down a level. Statues stand guard near the bottom.
