Crystal Mahogany Town
In Mahogany Town the souvenir shop is a front for Team Rocket, and Pryce won't open his Ice gym for the Glacier Badge until you clear the hideout hidden beneath it, the one disrupting the nearby Lake of Rage.
Mahogany Town is in Johto, with Route 44 to the east, Team Rocket HQ to the south, and Route 42 to the west. In the story it comes after Mt. Mortar and continues north to Route 43.
