How to Get Mewtwo in Crystal
Mewtwo can't be caught anywhere in Crystal. It simply isn't in the game, so the only way to own one is trading it over from a Gen 1 cartridge where it waits in Cerulean Cave.
Mewtwo is not available as a wild encounter in this game.
