Crystal Ice Path

A frozen cave of sliding floors and tumbling boulders between Route 44 and Blackthorn, where Swinub and Sneasel haunt the icy dark.

Ice Path is in Johto. In the story you arrive from Route 44 to the west and continue east to Blackthorn City.

ICE PATH MAP

Crystal rebuilt the Ice Path with a fresh sheet of sliding ice, four floors of gliding until a wall halts you and Strength boulders to nudge into holes as you slide lower.

Pokemon Encounters

The Ice Path runs on a day and night clock. Swinub owns the daytime floor at 40 percent with Jynx mixed in, then night swaps in a 40 percent Delibird and a prowling Sneasel. Zubat and Golbat fill the gaps around the clock.
