Crystal Route 45
Below Blackthorn a steep cliffside falls away; Gligar nest in the rock face and Donphan dig through the scree below.
Route 45 is in Johto, with Blackthorn City to the north and Route 46 to the south. In the story it comes after Dragon's Den and continues south to Dark Cave.
