Crystal Cinnabar Island

Once a volcanic resort, this island is a field of ruins after the eruption, leaving only churning surf where Blaine's gym used to stand.

Cinnabar Island is in Kanto. In the story you arrive from Route 21 to the north and continue east to Route 20.
