Yellow Cinnabar Island
A volcanic island home to Blaine's Fire-type Gym, the abandoned Pokemon Mansion, and the Pokemon Lab where fossils are revived.
Cinnabar Island is in Kanto, with Route 21 to the north, Route 20 to the east, and the entrance to Cinnabar Gym. In the story it comes after Seafoam Islands and continues through its entrance to Pokémon Mansion.

Pokemon Encounters
Mt. Moon forces a Helix-or-Dome choice, so most trainers reach this island Lab holding just one fossil to revive at level 30. The Helix turns into Omanyte and the Dome into Kabuto, while the Old Amber from Pewter brings back Aerodactyl.
