Seafoam Islands Guide

  • Those are the floor currents, and they will keep dragging you off course until you shut them down. Each boulder you sink into a hole weakens the flow beneath you, so work your way down plugging them. Once the water calms, the path to Articuno finally opens up.

  • Skippable in theory, but Articuno makes it worth a stop. The islands sit on the sea route between Fuchsia and Cinnabar, so detouring in barely costs you anything on the way to Blaine's gym. Just bring a free afternoon for the puzzle.
