Crystal Route 26

The coastal road south to Victory Road hugs the cliffs and surf, carrying you deeper into Kanto.

Route 26 is in Kanto, with Route 27 to the south. In the story you arrive from Tohjo Falls to the east and it comes before Victory Road.
