Crystal Route 20

Scattered islands mark the sea route west to the Seafoam caves, now home to Blaine's rebuilt Fire-type gym.

Route 20 is in Kanto, with Route 19 to the east. In the story you arrive from Cinnabar Island to the west and continue through its entrance to Seafoam Islands.
