Crystal Route 4

A ledge drops from Mt. Moon into Cerulean, the bridge town waiting at the foot of the descent.

Route 4 is in Kanto, with Cerulean City to the east and Route 3 to the south. In the story you arrive from Mt. Moon to the west and it comes before Viridian City.
