Crystal Route 39
The farm road into Olivine passes Moomoo Farm and its sickly Miltank, which only fresh milk and patient care will nurse back to health.
Route 39 is in Johto, with Olivine City to the south. In the story you arrive from Route 38 to the east and it comes before Roaming Johto.
