Crystal Burned Tower
Ho-Oh once revived three legendary beasts in this charred ruin, and Raikou and Entei still bolt from its basement the moment you draw near.
Burned Tower is in Johto. In the story you arrive from Ecruteak City to the south and it comes before Route 38.
