Crystal Power Plant
Knocked offline when its part went missing, this riverside plant sits silent, a tradeable Magneton waiting in the machinery until the generator runs again.
Power Plant is in Kanto, with its entrance on Route 10. In the story it comes after Route 9 and before Cerulean City.
