HeartGold & SoulSilver Route 29

Most trainers log a first wild catch on the open grassland west of New Bark, the gentlest road in Johto.

Route 29 is in Johto, with Route 46 to the north. In the story you arrive from New Bark Town to the east and continue west to Cherrygrove City.
