Cerulean Cave Guide

  • Cerulean Cave had collapsed and was sealed off in Gold, Silver, and Crystal, but HGSS reopened it and put Mewtwo back inside at Level 70. You need all 16 Badges and a trip through the Hall of Fame before the cave opens, then Surf, Rock Smash, Rock Climb, and Flash to work your way down to it. If you knock Mewtwo out or run off, beating the Pokemon League a second time puts it back at the bottom.
