Two workmen block the chamber's west end while the safari park is being built, and let you pass once the medicine reaches the top of the lighthouse.
  1. Enter Cliff Edge Gate through its east door from the city into the upper chamber.
  2. Walk west across the chamber past the workmen's spot to the head of a long passage.
  3. Head south down the passage as it zigzags lower toward the west.
