HeartGold & SoulSilver Olivine City
A working port lives under a lighthouse that shelters a sick Ampharos Jasmine refuses to leave. Fetch the cure across the sea and her gym reopens; the Battle Frontier sits offshore down Route 40.
Olivine City is in Johto, with Battle Frontier to the north, S.S. Aqua to the south, and Route 40 to the west. In the story you arrive from Route 39 to the north and continue south to Olivine Lighthouse.

Pokemon Encounters
Olivine's docks fish like the other coastal towns, Corsola and Krabby on the rods with Tentacool under Surf. The trades are what set it apart. An NPC swaps a Steelix for one of your Pokemon, and another offers a Voltorb for a Krabby.
