HeartGold & SoulSilver Vermilion City
The harbor's trick-switch gym still belongs to Lt. Surge, as baffling as ever. A Snorlax sprawls across the road east of town, immovable until the Poke Flute finally stirs it.
Vermilion City is in Kanto, with Route 11 to the east and the entrance to Vermilion Gym. In the story you arrive from S.S. Aqua to the south and continue north to Route 6.
