Location: Stark Mountain

  1. Obtain the National Pokedex and go to the Island located North East in the Region.
  2. Team up with Buck and go through Stark Mountain; Buck will take the Magma Stone located at the end and leave.
  3. Return to the Survival Area and speak to Buck's Grandfather.
  4. Once you speak to him, he will say that the mountain has been acting up and Buck return the Item he had taken.
  5. From there, go back up the mountain. Once you reach the end, Heatran will be waiting for you where the Item once was, and now you can battle it.
