Location: Turnback Cave

  1. After obtaining 3 Gym Badges, go to the Poketch Company president; he can be found in Jubilife City inside the Poketch Building. He will give you the "Marking Map" App.
  2. Obtain the National Pokedex and go to Canalave Town.
  3. Speak to the family inside the house above the Sailor by the boat.
  4. Once you learn about Full Moon Island, speak to the Sailor outside, and he will take you there.
  5. On the Island, interact with Cresselia, and it will fly off.
  6. Track Cresselia down using the Poketch and battle it.
