Emerald Route 133

Star Pieces and pearls collect among the rocks here, missed by anyone sailing straight through toward Ever Grande. Slow down and poke into the shallows and the salvage adds up.

Route 133 is in Hoenn. In the story you arrive from Route 132 to the east and continue west to Route 134.

Route 133 Guide

  • No, and losing that split is a real perk. On one Emerald cartridge you can raise both Zangoose and Seviper, both halves of every version pair, with nothing to trade and no version column to check. A few species that skipped Ruby and Sapphire show up here too.

  • You'll want all of them. The three rods pull different fished species as you trade up from Old to Good to Super, Surf opens the surface water where Wingull and Sharpedo swim, and Dive reaches the underwater seaweed on Routes 124 to 126 where Clamperl and Relicanth live. Dive comes from the Mossdeep gym.
