Emerald Route 114
The downhill river route from Fallarbor toward Meteor Falls. Lanette, who built the Pokemon Storage System, lives here, and the Fossil Maniac digs his ever-growing tunnel from a house up by the Fallarbor end.
Route 114 is in Hoenn, with Desert Underpass to the north. In the story you arrive from Fallarbor Town to the east and continue north to Meteor Falls.

Route 114 Guide
No, and losing that split is a real perk. On one Emerald cartridge you can raise both Zangoose and Seviper, both halves of every version pair, with nothing to trade and no version column to check. A few species that skipped Ruby and Sapphire show up here too.
You'll want all of them. The three rods pull different fished species as you trade up from Old to Good to Super, Surf opens the surface water where Wingull and Sharpedo swim, and Dive reaches the underwater seaweed on Routes 124 to 126 where Clamperl and Relicanth live. Dive comes from the Mossdeep gym.
