Emerald Route 127
East of Sootopolis the water turns wide and deep, a favorite haunt for anglers after the bigger bites. Trenches scar the seabed for anyone who packs Dive.
Route 127 is in Hoenn, with Mossdeep City to the north and Route 126 to the west. In the story it comes after Shoal Cave and continues south to Route 128.

Route 127 Guide
No, and losing that split is a real perk. On one Emerald cartridge you can raise both Zangoose and Seviper, both halves of every version pair, with nothing to trade and no version column to check. A few species that skipped Ruby and Sapphire show up here too.
You'll want all of them. The three rods pull different fished species as you trade up from Old to Good to Super, Surf opens the surface water where Wingull and Sharpedo swim, and Dive reaches the underwater seaweed on Routes 124 to 126 where Clamperl and Relicanth live. Dive comes from the Mossdeep gym.
