Ruby & Sapphire Route 110
The seaside highway climbs north to Mauville, split by the raised Cycling Road. The Trick Master's puzzle house hides along the shoulder. Your rival stops you for a rematch before the city.
Route 110 is in Hoenn, with New Mauville to the south and Route 103 to the west. In the story you arrive from Slateport City to the south and continue north to Mauville City.

The Seaside Cycling Road runs the whole length of Route 110 on raised pylons between Slateport and Mauville. Take the bridge above or the grass below to make the crossing.

Route 110 is where the Itemfinder changes hands, the key item that pings near buried pickups, with a Rare Candy out in the open grass to start you off.

TRAINERS
Route 110 is a long haul of trainers down the Cycling Road, capped by a rival rematch with May or Brendan around level 20. Dozens of battles separate Slateport from Mauville, so your PP drains faster than any single team threatens you.

Several routes do. Ruby drops Seedot and Zangoose into slots where Sapphire gives you Lotad and Seviper, and the caves split Mawile against Sableye. Check the version column before you spend an hour hunting something your copy can't catch. The rest of the species are shared.
Reach for the Super Rod on most routes, but two of Hoenn's prize catches ignore rods altogether. Feebas only bites on six hidden tiles of Route 119, and Relicanth comes from diving the seaweed off Routes 124 and 126, not from any rod. For the rest, the Super Rod pulls the deep-water species the Old and Good Rods can't reach.
