Ruby & Sapphire Route 116
The tree-lined road east of Rustboro ends at the unfinished Rusturf Tunnel. The grunt who stole the Devon Goods flees inside with Mr. Briney's Wingull, Peeko, and you follow him in.
Route 116 is in Hoenn. In the story you arrive from Rustboro City to the west and continue north to Rusturf Tunnel.

Pokemon Encounters
Nincada is the route's real prize: evolving it into Ninjask also drops a free Shedinja into your party if you leave a party slot open. Skitty at 2 percent is the rare grass catch, with Zigzagoon, Whismur and Taillow filling the rest.

Route 116 Guide
Several routes do. Ruby drops Seedot and Zangoose into slots where Sapphire gives you Lotad and Seviper, and the caves split Mawile against Sableye. Check the version column before you spend an hour hunting something your copy can't catch. The rest of the species are shared.
Reach for the Super Rod on most routes, but two of Hoenn's prize catches ignore rods altogether. Feebas only bites on six hidden tiles of Route 119, and Relicanth comes from diving the seaweed off Routes 124 and 126, not from any rod. For the rest, the Super Rod pulls the deep-water species the Old and Good Rods can't reach.
