Ruby & Sapphire Route 132

West of Pacifidlog, one-way currents push your Pokemon along fixed lanes. Reading the flow is the only way to pick a path through them.

Route 132 is in Hoenn. In the story you arrive from Pacifidlog Town to the east and continue west to Route 133.

No current on Route 132 runs east, only west, north or south, so the lane you surf into picks where you come ashore.

Horsea bites the Super Rod at 15 percent here, the start of the Seadra and Kingdra line and the reason to fish these western currents. Tentacool, Wingull and Pelipper make up the quiet surface, and Sharpedo bites only on the Super Rod.

Route 132 Guide

  • Several routes do. Ruby drops Seedot and Zangoose into slots where Sapphire gives you Lotad and Seviper, and the caves split Mawile against Sableye. Check the version column before you spend an hour hunting something your copy can't catch. The rest of the species are shared.

  • Reach for the Super Rod on most routes, but two of Hoenn's prize catches ignore rods altogether. Feebas only bites on six hidden tiles of Route 119, and Relicanth comes from diving the seaweed off Routes 124 and 126, not from any rod. For the rest, the Super Rod pulls the deep-water species the Old and Good Rods can't reach.
