Syndra Item Build
A single burst rotation that has to outright delete its target is Syndra's whole payoff, so she funnels everything into ability power. The Abyss lets her build toward that ceiling for free, farming sphere value on a grouped enemy through the standoff before the fight commits, so her itemization ignores durability entirely and buys the raw magic power that removes a caught squishy before they can react.
Best Syndra Runes
Dark Harvest plays into the poke war on the bridge, where Syndra rains Dark Spheres onto the stacked enemy team from range between the bigger fights. She is zoning the clump rather than chasing anyone, so build around spacing and mana to keep the spheres flying. Everything supports landing that Scatter the Weak stun and unloading Unleashed Power on a caught target.

Syndra Skill Order
Second priority flips on the Abyss: Scatter the Weak claims 8, 10, 12 and 13 while Force of Will slides back to 14, favoring the knockback that turns loose spheres into a stun over the thrown damage. Dark Sphere is untouched at 4, 5, 7 and 9.
Syndra ARAM Abilities
Behind the sphere combo runs Transcendent, a passive that collects Splinters of Wrath to upgrade each spell, an extra Dark Sphere charge, true damage on the throw, a wider stun, and an execute on the ultimate. Force of Will can hurl a minion for the slow when no sphere is handy.
