ADC Tier List 26.21

You do not get to win bot lane by yourself, and the ADC meta follows from that. A rank here assumes an average support next to you rather than the best one you have ever duoed with.

How the ADC board reads scaling

Marksmen live and die by their item spikes, so the ranking leans on how a champion performs once its first two or three items come online. The picks up top come online early enough to take over a game, or they scale so hard that the wait pays off, and most still lean on the support beside them to get there. A carry that feels quiet in lane can climb this board anyway when its item payoff is big enough to swing a fight on its own.
