Tryndamere is a nightmare on one bridge, spinning across the choke with Spinning Slash to reach the backline the enemy cannot kite away from in the packed fight. Undying Rage makes him unkillable for a few seconds no matter how hard the clump focuses him, and Bloodlust heals him back up with no recall needed. Build to dive and never stop swinging.

Crit chance climbs the fuller Tryndamere's Fury bar sits, and fast crits paired with attack speed keep both that bar and his lifesteal running through an endless brawl. The healing off Bloodlust only outpaces the attrition if the hits never stop, so every point of attack speed feeds his sustain as much as his damage. Spinning Slash carves through more bodies the tighter the enemy bunches on the bridge.

Race toward Blade of The Ruined King into Phantom Dancer and lean into the diver who simply cannot be killed. Undying Rage means Tryndamere can throw himself into the middle of the clump on the narrow bridge and survive the burst, then Bloodlust heals him right back up with no recall needed. Rush the crit and damage that make his spin through the 5v5 lethal.

Tryndamere Skill Order

Abyss healing runs at 120 percent, which is why Bloodlust is the max: each rank returns more health in a mode where his own sustain is the only refill between deaths. Spinning Slash fills in from 8 to 13, and Mocking Shout is left on its opening rank.

Ramp your points into Q, then E, then W, building the damage that carves the packed bridge. Bloodlust heals him and stores fury for bigger crits, Spinning Slash dives him into the clump or out of a collapse, and Mocking Shout cuts down fleeing enemies. Trust Undying Rage to hold him alive through the burst, then heal it all back.

Tryndamere ARAM Abilities

Mocking Shout is the piece that wins the actual duels, cutting the attack damage of everyone around him and slowing any enemy who turns to run, which is how he keeps a kited target in range. Bloodlust quietly climbs his attack damage the lower his health drops.
