Locke Item Build
Because no one on the Abyss can recall to full, health bars stay chipped across the whole enemy team, and that is exactly the state Locke's build wants to exploit. His attack speed, on-hit magic, and ability power all scale off the damage he piles onto a wounded target, so those items pay off more here than on a Rift where a target just walks home and heals.
Best Locke Runes
Electrocute fits a champion who wants one loaded burst to land clean rather than a drawn-out duel. His nail stacks and empowered attack chain into the proc fast once he commits into the clump, and the constant 5v5 always leaves a fresh target to load. Build the rest around surviving the walk in, since his whole game is landing that first full combo.

Locke Skill Order
The early ranks belong to Ritual Nails at 4, 5, 7 and 9, since the marks are what his attacks cash in. Ashen Pursuit follows through 8, 10, 12 and 13, and Soul Ignition sees no second rank until 14.

Locke ARAM Abilities
Soul Ignition is the button that keeps him alive through a fight, spending his own health for attack speed and move speed, then refunding a share of the damage he took once it ends. Ashen Pursuit chains a teleport into a dash, letting him blink in and cut through anyone he passes.
