How to earn Battle Points in Pokemon BDSP

Winning challenges in the Battle Tower awards you with BP; an example is the Standard Single Battle which the player must battle seven trainers- one after the other- who battle with three Pokemon at once. Defeating seven of these trainers means you win the challenge and are awarded Battle Points.

There are some Pokemon that are restricted and CAN NOT enter any of these challenges. These Pokemon are listed below; if you try to bring Rotom into one of these challenges in another form, it will return into its base form.
