Location: Fullmoon Island

  1. Obtain the National Pokedex and go to Canalave Town.
  2. Speak to the family inside the house above the Sailor by the boat.
  3. Once you learn about Full Moon Island, speak to the Sailor outside, and he will take you there.
  4. On the Island, interact with Cresselia, and it will fly off.
  5. The Lunar Feather will be behind where Cresselia was.
