Diglett Weakness
Type-wise, Diglett takes extra damage from Water, Grass, and Ice. Electric moves do nothing thanks to a full immunity. Not too many gaps in the chart, 3 weaknesses to account for.
| Damage | Types |
|---|---|
| 2x (Weak) | Water, Grass, Ice |
| 0.5x (Resist) | Poison, Rock |
| 0x (Immune) | Electric |
- Only 15 types exist — Dark, Steel, and Fairy are absent
- Ghost has no effect on Psychic (a known bug, fixed in Gen II)
- Special stat governs both offense and defense — no Sp.Atk / Sp.Def split

RB Diglett Best Moveset
100 Speed outruns most of the format, but 55 Attack limits MoveEarthquake to small damage. Ground typing is the real asset, and the move slots bank on catching something weak to Earthquake before the paper-thin 10 base HP gives out.

Moves List
Most of Diglett's flexibility comes from TMs. Same-type output runs through Earthquake and Dig, but Normal and Rock and the rest of the TM pool push it from predictable to genuinely threatening.
