How to get the Stratospheric Slate in Pokemon Brilliant Diamond and Shining Pearl. The Stratospheric Slate is an item used to summon the Legendary Pokemon Rayquaza when used at the correct pedestal in Ramanas Park.

First, obtain the Explorer Kit.
From here, go to the Grand Underground.
While mining, you have a rare chance to obtain Mysterious Shard L and Mysterious Shard S. You can exchange these at Ramanas Park for the Stratospheric Slate.
