- First, go to Eterna City.
- Beat Eterna City's Gym Leader.
- Use the TM93 Cut on a tree in front of the Team Galatic building.
- After defeating Commander Jupiter and saving the Bike Shop owner leave the building.
- Go to the Bike Shop and talk to the owner to obtain the Bicycle.
