Rushing Torrent is his escape but it has a short duration, so chase through it and kill him when the speed buff expires. His Xuanwu Staff water orbs curve but they're slow and dodgeable.
Guardian Wave needs to be grounded. If Wuyang is airborne or jumping when he casts, he locks into the animation until landing, which is a vulnerability window. Restorative Stream drains resource when manually boosting, so extended fights exhaust his healing capacity. Tidal Blast ult only protects one target.
