Railgun charged headshot is a one-hit kill on most heroes. Sojourn builds charge by landing primary fire on any target, then stores it for the perfect headshot on whoever peeks. Dive her. Winston and D.Va close distance faster than she can charge a lethal Railgun, and her Disruptor Shot slow field doesn't stop dive heroes who have gap closers. Power Slide is her only mobility and it's predictable.

Dive or outsnipe. Sojourn dominates mid-range but loses at point blank (low DPS without Railgun) and at extreme range (Widowmaker wins). Force Power Slide early and track the 6-second cooldown. She's stuck without it.
Primary fire needs hits to build Railgun charge, so if Sojourn misses her tracking, she never gets to the one-shot. Against dive targets she has to choose between building charge and using Disruptor Shot for self-defense. Power Slide covers limited distance.
Winston ignores Disruptor Shot slow with Jump Pack and zaps her inside bubble. D.Va boosts through Railgun charge attempts and matrix eats the payoff shot. Domina Crystal Charge reaches her perch and barrier segments deny the sightline.
