The key to vanquishing a Stone Talus lies in climbing up its body to reach and attack the Ore Deposit, typically found on its upper back or rear side. a Iron Sledgehammer can inflict quadruple damage. When injured, Stone Taluses will try to dislodge you by shaking their body. You can make the climb easier by using a Remote Bomb to temporarily dismantle its arms.
