Route 204 runs straight into this cramped cave, blocked by rubble until you Rock Smash a way through to the still pool on the far side.

Ravaged Path is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Route 204 to the south and it comes before Floaroma Town.

Rock Smash is the only key to the short cave between the two halves of Route 204, a single boulder splitting it down the middle.
