Diamond & Pearl Snowpoint Temple
Sliding-ice puzzles wind down through the temple beneath Snowpoint. At the very bottom Regigigas sleeps on, waking only for a trainer who arrives with the three Regis in the party.
Snowpoint Temple is in Sinnoh, with Snowpoint City to the south. In the story it comes after Turnback Cave and before Route 224.
SNOWPOINT TEMPLE MAP
Beneath Snowpoint, six floors drop straight down, each an ice-sliding puzzle where you skate until something stops you, with Strength shifting a few blocks toward the bottom.
Pokemon Encounters
Ice temple floors beneath Snowpoint stack Steelix, Onix, and Sneasel down toward the bottom. Regigigas sleeps at the very end but only stirs with the three Regis in your party, which in these games means trading them up from older ones.

Snowpoint Temple Guide
Head to the lowest floor of Snowpoint Temple after getting the National Pokedex to find the Regigigas statue. It only stirs for battle if Regirock, Regice, and Registeel are all in your party. None of those three Regis can be caught in Diamond and Pearl, so you have to send them over from Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald through Pal Park before this works. Regigigas here is Level 70 with Slow Start.
