Diamond & Pearl Oreburgh City
Sinnoh's first badge comes out of Oreburgh, a grimy coal town dug into the hills. Gym Leader Roark doubles as the mine's foreman. He leads with stubborn Rock-types like his ace Cranidos.
Oreburgh City is in Sinnoh, with Route 207 to the north. In the story you arrive from Oreburgh Gate to the west and continue south to Oreburgh Mine.
