Diamond & Pearl Wayward Cave
Easy to walk right past, Wayward Cave hides beneath the Cycling Road bridge on Route 206. A concealed lower floor is the one place in Sinnoh to find the Land Shark Pokemon, Gible.
Wayward Cave is in Sinnoh. In the story you arrive from Route 206 to the south and it comes before Route 207.

Hidden under the Cycling Road bridge on Route 206, two floors of dark cave wait, the lower reached only by riding the Bike off the elevated path. Flash earns its slot down there, and Strength clears the blocks inside.

TM26 Earthquake is the jewel of Wayward Cave, the Ground move every team wants, sitting in the dark beside a Grip Claw and TM32 Double Team.

Wayward Cave Guide
Wayward Cave on Route 206 has a second entrance hidden directly under the Cycling Road, west of the main one, and it drops you into a basement floor that also needs Strength. That lower floor is the only home of wild Gible in Diamond and Pearl. The basement runs on a Bicycle ramp puzzle that needs 4th gear, and TM26 Earthquake is hidden down there too.
